We provide a true farm-to-table experience and our philosophy is to deliver the best beef, produced by us at our farm, for you. Our signature herd of cattle are “Akaushi” (or Red Wagyu), a Japanese breed that enables us to consistently produce a superior quality of beef.
Our unique breeding program allows us to produce beef with a lower melting temperature of fat marbling, making it both more tasty and healthier for you.

BYO Wine. no Corkage

Join us Wednesdays and Friday lunch, purchase a bottle of wine from our on-site bottle shop on your way in and enjoy dining at The Steak House with no corkage. Ask our friendly staff for their wine recommendations.


The Menu

Our unique steak house boasts a menu featuring our very own Melaleuka Farm beef with quality seasonal produce cooked to perfection. Please note, our sample menu changes daily so you can be sure you are getting the highest quality, local produce available. Our cuts of beef also change daily based on freshness and availability. The Steak House dress code is neat, smart casual. Patrons will not be permitted entry while wearing (including but not limited to) singlets, hats, sportswear, leggings, thongs & workwear.
